Working Hours:

Staggered between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (42 hours per week)

Rostered to work on Sat/Sun once a month

On-call once every 6 weeks

Senior / Pharmacist (Inpatient)

to join their team. This role offers

fixed weekly hours

, ensuring a balanced schedule while contributing to high-quality inpatient pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify prescriptions to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective medication use Provide clinical and drug information support to healthcare professionals Dispense and counsel patients on prescribed medications Participate in ward rounds and support multidisciplinary teams Manage drug inventory, storage, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Support continuous improvement initiatives in medication safety and clinical governance

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)

Minimum 1-2 years of

hospital or inpatient pharmacy

experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
