Roles & Responsibilities
- Tele-pharmacy Patient Support Program: execute and manage the program. The training and supervision of pharmacy staff
- Controlled Drugs: receive and issue controlled drugs, maintenance of manual records and reporting to the authority.
- Procurement: To work with vendors in the procurement of pharmaceutical products required by the company
- Inventory and logistics management: To assist in the logistic management of pharmaceutical products.
- Staff management
- Permit application: Import for re-export, named–patient permit, advertising permit & sale promotion permit and any permit to allow importation or exportation.
- Business Licences: maintenance of HSA related licences & other authorities’ licences for business operation.
- Pharmacovigilance: reporting of adverse reaction, adverse event and post marketing related activities to product owner and regulatory authorities.
- Monitoring and tracking: Maintenance of tracking system to manage the progress of the above activities.
- Executive: To provide monthly sales report to senior management.
