Our client is an established fitness and wellness company dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals seeking to improve their mobility and overall physical health. We are looking for an energetic and aspirational Physiotherapy professional to join their dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Care: Provide exceptional evidence-informed care and treatment to patients with injuries, disabilities, and physical impairments to increase their mobility and independence.

Data Management: Measure, record, and retain pertinent client data and milestones throughout their physical therapy journey.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with a team of Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists to ensure long-term holistic engagement for clients.

Business Development: Engage in activities such as networking events, workshops, seminars, and presentations to a varied group of stakeholders and clients.

Clinical Leadership: Demonstrate clinical leadership in daily practice, setting high standards of care and professionalism.


Essential Requirements:


Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy.

Registration:

AHPC registered.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Physiotherapy and allied fields.

Expertise: Knowledge and experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal assessments and treatment approaches.

Private Healthcare: Experience in private healthcare with responsibility for building a caseload through business development activities.

Professional Conduct: A clear understanding of

AHPC

professional code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines.

Service Excellence: Exceptional service mindset, results-oriented, and a team player.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Organizational Skills: Strong organization and time management skills.
