Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior PMO Officer / PMO Officer (Internal):
Job Responsibilities

• Perform internal project checks, including risk assessment, planning, progress tracking, and quality evaluation (non-client-facing role).
• Provide timely updates on project status to senior leadership.
• Offer professional advice and insights to project managers and team leaders.
• Establish and maintain internal rules, procedures, and standards for project check activities.
• Adapt and enhance internal PMO processes to meet organizational needs.
• Support internal functions such as IT, training, and contract review.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification and knowledge of PMBOK principles are highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing or leading system integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams of 5-10 members over durations of approximately 1 year.
• Prior experience in a PMO or corporate support department is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly using the waterfall methodology.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring and prioritizing work efficiently.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 10,000 + AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
