Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Powertrain Engineer

to lead the design, validation, and integration of internal combustion and hybrid powertrain systems. You will be responsible for ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance while supporting adaptation to Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of engine, transmission, and cooling subsystems. Coordinate integration with overall vehicle architecture. Develop and execute validation testing plans (bench and vehicle). Troubleshoot NVH, durability, and thermal management issues. Collaborate with suppliers on specifications, PPAP, and component quality. Document technical findings and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering. 5+ years' powertrain development experience with OEM/Tier-1. Strong CAD proficiency and FEA knowledge. Hands-on with test-bench data and validation methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hybrid systems and calibration expertise. MATLAB/Simulink knowledge.
