The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Premier Business Development Manager. Principal Responsibilities

• Identify and source for NTB client growth opportunities for HSBC Premier, International Wealth Hub
• Ensure smooth end to end onboarding journey of HSBC Premier new to bank clients
• Well versed in HSBC Premier proposition and Marketing promotions
• Complete onboarding requirements such as collection and processing of account opening applications, KYC, CDD, EDD, in adherence to HSBC Global Standards requirements and cross border guidance on dos and don\xe2\x80\x99ts
• Drive clients\xe2\x80\x99 wealth and digital readiness with tight engagements to encourage early funding and PIB registration

Requirements

• Tertiary or equivalent experience
• Strong in client communication skills, ability to handle objections with confidence
• Customer facing experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Independent and resourceful
• Experience in client onboarding, KYC, CDD, EDD requirements will be an added advantage
