Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth understanding of customer problems and business objectives
• Assist our customers and help them successfully deal with a variety of different technical issues
• Provide consulting to our customers on strategy and execution of IT implementation and Digital transformation delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Initiate IT/Digital projects and coordinate IT/Digital staff members
• Plan and design IT/Digital initiatives, systems, eco-systems, platforms, framework, etc
• Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects;
• Build technical design and implementation plan
• Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales and delivery team) and partners to ensure that all aspects of the solution are supportable with relevant and optimized cost to maximize competitiveness.
• To ensure consistent quality and adherence to company policies, review and approve all documents going to customer, including but not limited to: project proposals, SOWs, project plan, delivery packages
• Create reports for upper management

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications
• Previous working experience as IT Consultant for 8 years experience in application development, product development, managed services, cloud, digital transformation, IT transformation etc on complex and large-scale projects
• In-depth knowledge of application development, product development, managed services, cloud migration/ development/ implementation, digital transformation, IT transformation etc
• Analytical thinker, team player and problem solver
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and able to work under pressure
• Any additional training and certification (e.g. data analytics, AI, machine learning, etc) will be an advantage
