• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching / Leadership

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children
• Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents
• Responsible for all government related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of license
• Responsible for the child care centre\'s Profit and Loss to fulfil its objective
• Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirement for the centre\'s operation
• Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programmes to carry them out
• Proactively review current policies, procedures and programmes and identify ways to improve the overall standard of the preschools and future preschools which will be acquired by the Group
• Actively promote the enrolment of students for the preschools
