Summary
Reporting to the Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, the Senior Principal, Global Executive Talent Acquisition will play a lead role in delivering differentiated talent, and a differentiated experience.
You will play a key role in designing search strategies, direct sourcing, engaging with top external and internal talent, and taking on accountability for the management of end-to-end executive searches.

This lead role in the region will implement effective global resourcing policies, the global GETA framework, and interlock with internal and external partners that drive constant and forecastable results. You will have a strong external market awareness focused on exceptional candidate experience and differentiated internal customer experience.
Hiring the best leaders is a key business priority that underpins our growth plans, and we need a senior Executive Recruiter that can solve for hard-to-reach senior candidates allowing us to scale. This hire will build diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of global functions (Data Centre Services, Digital Services, Sales, IT / Product, Corporate Functions, Customer Care, Marketing etc.), and leverage creativity and resourcefulness to drive results.
