Position Summary:

• Performs, as a maintenance technician, non-repetitive assignments that are mostly stated in general terms and that require own interpretation and some consultation from (senior) colleagues involved.
• Gathers additional information and chooses from different possibilities HOW to best carry out the assignment, adapting known solutions based on experience and basic analysis.
• Operates pretty autonomously within existing procedures, methods and techniques that however, are not fully sufficient to give direction on critical points.
• Duration of assignments is typically a few weeks.
• Acts as a senior towards colleague maintenance technicians.

• Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.
• Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production, and implementation of process improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold. Review SPC charts using and monitor all qualified processes using statistical tools
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs..
• Provide proper and accurate passdown of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation.
• Escalate problems to engineers promptly.
