You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them.What You Will AchieveYou will be operating automatic and manual chemical/fermentation process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures. You will perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identify variations. You will be trained in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures as these processes may generate high pressure and/or critical reactions.As part of the Technical Operations team, your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It\xef\x83\x98Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, change out
and charging operation as per SOP.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform in process sampling, routine de-ionized water (DIW) sampling, intermediate and finished goods pack
out as per SOP.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform start up, routine operations and shutdown of plant auxiliary equipment such as DIW plant, Scrubber
system, Emergency Vent system, etc.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities, and change over cleaning,
\xef\x83\x98 Monitor process operation, trend and alarm using Delta V control system.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
\xef\x83\x98 Responsible for the updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work,
\xef\x83\x98 Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
\xef\x83\x98 Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to
the manufacturing process.
\xef\x83\x98 Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
\xef\x83\x98 Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work
\xef\x83\x98 Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
\xef\x83\x98 Report alI actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.
\xef\x83\x98 Assist in investigation of all actual, near misses and potential accidents. Provide information to troubleshoot
and take initiative to resolve operational issues independently.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform system transaction and operation such as LIMS, AMPS, SAP, MTS, EMAS, etc.
\xef\x83\x98 Complete all required training by attending scheduled training, CBT, OJT, JSA and read and understand,
\xef\x83\x98 Identify and communicate all operating deviations and problems.
\xef\x83\x98 Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
\xef\x83\x98 Assist in project commissioning and validation activities, as necessary.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform task in assigned process train_, which includes day to day operation, equipment & line cleaning and
\xef\x83\x98 documentation.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform operator care, identify, and address equipment trains\' observations that require mitigation action
and/or raise work order to get back to desired condition.
