Manage tender evaluations, recommendations and approval. Attending the project meeting and updating the process to your superior. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new contractors. Carry out site validation when the project has been delivered and completed. Provide the summary report after the validation. Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage Strong functional competence in Procurement in Indirect sourcing in services. To provide assistance and guidance to other departments on their procurement activities and to monitor for compliance with the Group's procurement policies and procedures. Support relevant departments in purchasing, Plan, defining category strategy, tender and buy goods, services and other expenditures for the Operating Company (e.g., machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and services) in line with the procurement policy and contracts. Diploma or Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or equivalent with relevant end to end procurement experience and team management experience. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project and F&B management. Familiar with MS office skills, Microsoft Navision and ERP systems relating to procurement would be advantageous.
