• Position Title: Senior Procurement Executive
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 days AL + Medical Benefit
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budget & cost control for projects and Maintenance and ensure the project adheres within the budget.
• Manage tender evaluations, recommendations and approval.
• Attending the project meeting and updating the process to your superior.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new contractors.
• Carry out site validation when the project has been delivered and completed.
• Provide the summary report after the validation.
• Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
• Strong functional competence in Procurement in Indirect sourcing in services.
• To provide assistance and guidance to other departments on their procurement activities and to monitor for compliance with the Group's procurement policies and procedures.
• Support relevant departments in purchasing, Plan, defining category strategy, tender and buy
• goods, services and other expenditures for the Operating Company (e.g., machinery,
• equipment, tools, parts, supplies and services) in line with the procurement policy and
• contracts.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or equivalent with relevant end to
• end procurement experience and team management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project and F&B management.
• Familiar with MS office skills, Microsoft Navision and ERP systems relating to procurement would
• be advantageous.
