Vendor Management
Identify and manage vendors, including contract development and compliance
Research potential vendors, evaluates new vendors and reassesses the existing vendors based on the procurement policies to shortlist and recommend vendors for approval
Manage approved vendors and ensure that suppliers database is well maintained and up to date
Assist all department pertaining to procurement system and all submission
Collaborate with IT team and consultant in trouble shooting procurement platform issues and system
Review and manage all submitted procurement documents and ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with Procurement policies and procedures.
Data update and records must be kept up-to-date throughout every stage of the workflow and in an auditable and traceable manner
Procurement daily activities
Prepare RFQ Preparation comparison and evaluation of quotations
Enter into negotiations with vendors on optimal terms for sourcing, establish agreements that meet company\'s performance criteria for long term supply continuity
Prepare reports on purchases including spend analyses and create category profile
Ensuring that the end-to-end procurement process is compliant with policy
Assist all department related to procurement and commercial related Add Hoc
To assist in all procurement administration
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
Min qualification Diploma/Degree preferably in Procurement/ Quantity Surveying /Supply Chain other engineering environment
Min 5 years experience in Procurement preferably in Construction/Facilities Management/Building Services
Excellent organizational skills, negotiation skills and contracts
Good Knowledge in Procurement Process and Procurement System
Skills & knowledge of MS Office application
Proficient in procurement process (RFQ/RFT/RFI) and contracts administration
