• Support internal stakeholders on FF&E procurement activities in a timely and effective manner, understand their needs and expectations and find the best solution balancing cost and quality within the required timeline
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to ensure requirements are met with the best supplier for the given sourcing application xe2x80x93 complying with company policy and quality standards
• Establish bidder lists and issue Request for Proposal (RFPs) to vendors
• Negotiate supplier agreements, terms, and condition to maximize value for the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
• Ensure daily procurement activities (including vendor registration and compliance, bidding, vendor selection, contracting, receiving and payment) meet all compliance requirements at all times for all transactions
• Generate and maintain tracking schedules on procurement activities
• Collect closeout documents including delivery notes, invoices, operations & maintenance manual

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department

Job Requirements

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree preferred in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in related field
• Good understanding of procurement process and experience in handling tendering process & queries/ request for quotation (RFQ) tenders is a must
• FF&E acumen and supplier base understanding is a plus
• Have a high sense of urgency and adapt to change quickly in a fast pace and changing environment
• Proactive, high level of integrity, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
• A solution-oriented attitude that focuses on delivering for the business
