Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end procurement activities and support Source-to-Pay workflows, in alignment to sourcing strategies deployed by the Procurement team.
- Manage supplier tendering and vendor selection process, conduct effective and timely ordering, delivery and payment of products & services to support company's operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to timely resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data.
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement and familiar with procurement processes.
- Prior experience working within the Manufacturing / Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical industries will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently as well as in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Location: Tuas Biomedical Park.
