Mission:

Envision Digital (ED) business (Customer Project Related Procurement) and supporting internal functions (Non-Customer Project Related Procurement) within the Asia without China region & US; and the related global procurement initiatives/cases/tasks assigned by Senior Procurement Manager AWC&US and Global Procurement Director.

This includes, but is not limited to, under the leading of Senior Procurement Manager, proceeds Purchasing-Projects based operation work: sourcing, RFx, evaluation, contracts/SOWs/CRs negotiation, PR/PO validation as well as vendors onboard, suppliers management, savings tracking, payment management. Interfacing with ED Legal and/or cybersecurity and/or privacy department and/or ESG (if applicable) if applicable.

Portfolio requirements and commercial knowledge requirements will include familiarity of various of categories, including but not limited to electronic devices in new energy industry, outsourcing manpower service, IT related hardware/software application/SaaS PaaS IaaS cloud, etc.

Senior Procurement Specialist (Asia & USA)

Responsibilities:

  • This individual requires a middle level of initiative, business judgement, persuasiveness, assertiveness, be able to work with stakeholders from cross internal functions.
  • Able to support his or her supervisor to build and maintain healthy relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Keep management chain informed of developing situations and project status on a regular, professional basis. Leverage ED senior management on a situational basis to elevate any red flag issues that are appropriate for that level of management to be aware of and to request support as needed.
  • With the leading of Senior Procurement manager, responsible for performing procurement related activities for both of all Business Units (Customer Project Related Procurement) and Internal Departments (Non-Customer Project Related Procurement) in Asia without China region & US .
  • Administers the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes in conjunction with the requestors department to convey the appropriate commercial and technical requirements to the participating suppliers. Provide a commercial comparison of the suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 responses using analytical skills to understand and normalize differences.
  • Provide X years Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for finalists so that the complete cost assessment can be obtained including all issues that impact the cost to ED, including asset costs, implementation costs, support and maintenance fees, incremental costs to match the volume requirements provided by the project manager.
  • Ensure that agreements are prepared with the proper technical, legal and commercial languages.
  • Execute the awarding procedures have purchase orders issued against the required authorizations and approvals.
  • Identify new saving opportunities and manage to achieve the annual goals; calculate and track savings results as measured by the corporation and identify situations where costs have been avoided due to direct intervention.
  • Support Senior Procurement manager to do key strategic vendors sourcing /management /improvement /performance review work. Make sure the healthy and effectiveness of supplier pool. Fulfil the annual supplier optimization goal.
  • Use and improve centralized global procurement systems (Dynamics, DocuSign, Power Platform, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent discipline
  • At least 5 years of Procurement work experience in multinational enterprises. Purchasing experience in Technology, software and hardware industry would be a plus
  • Sufficient commercial knowledge, familiar with the business regulations in Asia
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a diversity environment
  • Strong data collection, analysis, presentation, and complex problems solving skills
  • Broad experience in supplier management and contract management and risks management
  • Proficient in MS Dynamics and Docusign
