Job Description

What the role is:
You lead and oversee the production of high-quality content for information and media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing resources to maintain high standards in all aspects of media production.
What you will be working on:
- Translate MINDEF/SAF's information objectives into impactful content across peace and war domains, ensuring alignment with mission goals - Lead and manage multiple concurrent media production projects, from conceptualisation to final delivery - Develop content strategies tailored to operational needs - Oversee content review processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance Challenge(s) - Navigating sensitive information with discretion and accuracy, balancing creative with the rigour of strategic communications - Upholding high production standards and consistency in messaging despite tight timelines, evolving requirements, and cross functional dependencies - Interpreting complex military information and translating it into coherent, resonant media products that align with MINDEF/SAF's operational objectives
What we are looking for:
- Education in Communication Studies, Film, Sound & Video, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related media field - Good analytical skills and writing ability - Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence & security developments - Interest and ability to keep track of the trends and developments in the mainstream and social media industry Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
