About the role

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to help elevate our understanding of our customers across our various products. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for analyzing and investigating data to help build our industry-changing crypto platform. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and other data analysts by interpreting the behavioral data of our 10m+ customers across the globe to help us build products that people truly love.

Responsibilities

Uncover and deliver insights and actionable recommendations to our product teams through dashboards and advanced visualization

Create and develop analytical solutions across areas such as funnel analysis; customer acquisition, retention, and behaviors; pricing decisions, credit risk, fraud identification

Partner closely with the product, engineering and growth teams to define requirements

Design, driven and analyze experiments that enable key product design and concept decisions

Conduct historical and predictive analyses across our products and the general financial and crypto landscape, converting them into digestible insights

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau is a must

Further experience with Python, R is a plus

Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative subject is preferred

Clear and concise visual and verbal communication of data insights

Deep passion for investigating and exploring data

Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers

Self-starter mindset, getting things done autonomously at high speed
