Due to a global expansion need, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Commercialization Manager to be based in Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive market research and product viability studies targeting specific segments and markets.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective product strategies and campaigns.
• Work with Business Units for market feasibility studies, including competitor analysis and pricing.
• Partner with Product Development for product design, market feasibility, and pricing strategies.
• Design and analyze data-driven campaigns with Business Intelligence; involve in A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Monitor product performance, customer insights, and optimize strategies for targeted customer segments.
• Maintain and update repositories for product programs and approvals, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Drive profitability and efficiency of existing products.
• Ensure products align with market needs and company strategy.
• Collaborate across departments for holistic product development and commercialization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in Credit Lending.
• Excellent interpersonal and assertiveness skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination abilities.
• Highly motivated and adaptable to changing environments.
• Profound understanding of business and technology.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for stakeholder communication in North Asia region.
