We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to spearhead our Fintech design initiatives, focusing on our flagship pandapay wallet and payment systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to architect globally scalable solutions, navigating the complexities of international markets and regulations. Your collaborative spirit and leadership will be essential in driving domain-centric designs, enhancing user experiences, and optimising design processes, ensuring that we remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. What\'s on the menu:

  • Leading design in a high-impact domain, working with stakeholders to deliver solutions at tribe, product line and cross-vertical levels.
  • Collaborating across all phases of the design process: conceptual design, prototypes, validation of usability and feasibility, creating production ready designs and implementation.
  • Articulating design decisions by leveraging experience, research and data to build consensus to move the product process forward.
  • Sharing a customer-centric approach with your interdisciplinary team to reach shared understanding on how to improve the customer experience
  • Inspiring, pushing creativity, questioning established thinking and identifying industry best practices to contribute to the creation of an outstanding experience.
  • Working with the design system and development partners to ensure high quality implementation.
  • Extending your influence across our design chapter by sharing your skills and insights.
  • Honing your knowledge of data ranking and personalization.
What you can bring to the table:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in UX-related fields, with exceptional abilities in both UX and UI design, complemented by strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, advanced problem-solving, and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in designing intuitive experiences across Android, iOS, and web, and proficiency with design tools like Figma, Protopie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead discussions, advocate for design solutions, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, agile team environment.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams, with experience in guiding product strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and facilitating design thinking across the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with a robust understanding of A/B testing, prototyping for rapid iteration, and a balanced approach to implementation costs and benefits within development processes.
