EngageRocket is Asia's first VC-backed employee feedback and analytics software company, providing HR tech solutions to help organizations create great workplaces through 'people analytics'. Our platform gathers and processes critical workplace feedback throughout an employee's lifecycle to inform better management decisions.



As part of the Product and People Science team, we are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Product Designer. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to launch new or enhance current products and features to meet our user needs and to capture greater market share. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of initiative, research and design capabilities, adaptability, independence, and strong communication ability to thrive in our fast-paced startup environment. The Senior Product Designer will be able to work with many different types of stakeholders and hence growth opportunities are immense if embraced.

The employee will get exposure to:

1. Work closely with the commercial teams (Sales and Customer Success) to understand the use cases for the product and which products/features provide the most value

2. Join hands with the Product, People Science and Engineering team to craft solutions for the users' pain points

What We Are Looking For in You:

Drive and Initiative: Demonstrate proactive behavior and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Exhibit enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Design Proficiency: Possess 5+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
(Bonus) Experience working in a B2B SaaS start-up Able to design simple and elegant solutions to complex problems. User Empathy: Have a strong affinity for user research and user-centric design.
Develop deep customer empathy and translate it into effective design solutions. Independent contributor with leadership qualities: Lead design initiatives by planning and aligning stakeholders before execution
Able to prioritise and plan timelines to achieve outcomes Display confidence in executing tasks independently. Seek feedback when necessary and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Detail-Oriented: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all design and project execution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company. Strong visual and Figma design skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
