About the role

• Take overall responsibility on Product & components and analyse defect to determine root cause & drive for corrective actions.
• Monitor, analyse Product & components performance (Yield/Cpk).
• Assess and qualify new Product & components on manufacturing lines.
• Safeguarding product quality \xe2\x80\x93 responsible to drive DPPM at customer to minimum by analysing failure and implementing corrective actions (Internal/External).
• Proficient in failure analysis as to identify sources of variation contributing to failure mode.
• Work and communicate effectively with inter-departments & Suppliers.

About you

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic /Mechanical/Mechatronic or any other similar Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects, systematic problem solving and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of microelectronics, electrical, mechanical and chemical analysis/techniques.
• Proficiency in 6 Sigma problem solving techniques and is familiar with Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of motor and adhesive in manufacturing context.
• Good understanding of automation, with hand on experience would be added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and to identify issues and propose solutions.
• basic understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerance (GD&T).
• Self-motivated, hands on and good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure & independently.

• Willing to travel if required.
