You will work with diverse, cross-functional teams including Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Get to Know the RoleYou will report to the Head of Product, Business Transactional Platforms, and GrabForBusiness and steer our Transaction Platform, which is crucial for running multi-sided marketplace transactions and aiding merchants in efficiently managing orders and payments within Grab\'s ecosystem.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Transaction Platform.You will drive operational improvements in areas such as food preparation times, driver wait times, order cancellations, and merchant efficiencies.You will collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations to foster a culture of experimentation.You will use data to make decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impacts to senior executives.You will set and be responsible for the success metrics for the Transaction Platform organization.You will work with various product teams to find collaborative solutions to common challenges across multiple product lines.QualificationsWhat Skills You Will NeedProduct Management Expertise: 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to driving marketplace optimizationsAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding.Project Management and Delivery: Successfully managed projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.Leadership: Experience in leading teams, including direct management and development of product managers.Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive a cohesive approach toward common goals.Additional InformationBenefits at Grab:We care deeply about your well-being and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
