The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and driving product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and lending industries, as well as experience managing cross-functional teams.What You\'ll Be Doing:Define and execute the product roadmap for our crypto loan product for both retail and institutional clientsConduct market research on both DeFi lending protocols and CeFi crypto loan platforms. Analyze and identify market opportunities and user needsWork closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new crypto loan product featuresCollaborate with designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and visually appealing. Obtain approval from key senior management in the company on the proposed product designConduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product development decisionsMonitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product metricsWhat We Look For In You:

• Must have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and crypto borrowing & lending landscape

Familiar with trading products (futures, spot, margin, options, etc.) and trading-related accounts (portfolio margin, unified account, etc.)Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry, with a proven ability to design and manage fixed income and loan products for both retail and institutional clientsRelevant experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or lending industriesExperience managing cross-functional teamsBusiness proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Chinese is a huge plus.Nice to Haves:Experience in the crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businessesIn-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trendsPerks & Benefits:
