Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to translate vision into execution and drive alignment across AI, engineering, and business teams. This role sits at the heart of the company's strategy, turning ambitious product ideas into actionable roadmaps and world-class user experiences.

You'll work directly with the founders and core leadership team to connect creative vision with disciplined delivery, orchestrating the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Translate the company's vision into execution by shaping long-term product direction, challenging assumptions, and turning ideas into structured strategies. Mobilise cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, product, finance, and operations to ensure strategic alignment and delivery efficiency. Drive execution excellence throughout the product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch, iteration, and measurement of impact. Connect insights to strategy by leveraging data, market trends, and user feedback to guide decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. Establish clarity and accountability by defining milestones, simplifying decision-making, and maintaining transparent communication. Facilitate collaboration and momentum, ensuring every contributor understands the "why" behind product decisions, not just the "what." Build culture and process by introducing scalable product frameworks, rituals, and best practices that align teams as the organisation grows.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to move seamlessly between strategic vision and hands-on execution. Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in fast-paced or startup environments. Strong product intuition, adept at balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical trade-offs. Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making and experimentation. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. Thrives in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where clarity must be built collaboratively. Deep curiosity and self-learning ability; stays current with advancements in AI, agents, and trading technologies.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
