About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Senior Product Manager

to join our growing team in Singapore. This role will take ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) from ideation to launch, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility. Own the full product lifecycle -- from requirements gathering and PRD documentation to launch, iteration, and performance tracking. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, engagement, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to integrate third-party solutions and expand the product ecosystem. Drive API and system architecture standardization to improve scalability and developer efficiency. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building product management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Diploma and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. At least

6 years of product management experience

, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches or platform rollouts. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset; proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience in content platforms, creator economy, fintech, or enterprise SaaS. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and system architecture fundamentals. Exposure to AI-driven solutions, risk control, or content moderation technologies.
