About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team in building impactful, user-centric digital products. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of key product areas -- from shaping product strategy and roadmap to execution and continuous iteration.
This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of product management experience, who are looking to deepen their product leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own product strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritised feature sets Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to inform product decisions Drive product discovery and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate ideas Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and insights Communicate clearly with stakeholders across levels, aligning expectations and timelines Champion user-centric thinking and advocate for product excellence across the organisation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments Proven track record of delivering successful digital products Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across functions Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello) Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
