DESIGNATION : Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring a Product Manager to join the NTUC Health team.

• Conduct market research, generate product requirements and determinespecifications
• Be data driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver themost impactful business results.
• Use this quantitative and qualitative data to create a product roadmap and workclosely with stakeholders and engineering team to deliver new products andfeature enhancements.
• Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Manage products from concept to launch delivering features iteratively to solve thebusiness challenges.
• Work closely with designers to create simple and intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver highest quality product requirements.

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and designdiscussions.
• Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience in Product or Design Management, with a focus on software productsand technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment. Track record of successful product delivery from inception tolaunch.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills; ability to evolveproduct strategy based on research, data, and industry trends with strong technicalabilities.
