Job Description

This is a permanent role with a global technology business. In this role we are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in user account profiling and life-cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and shape the product road-map, identifying and prioritizing product enhancements and new features while refining and sustaining existing functionalities to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the development workflow, including organizing sprint sessions with developers, tracking progress, supervising product roll-outs, and applying ongoing post-launch refinements.
• Work in partnership with UX Research, Design, and Engineering teams to develop and execute solution concepts.
• Develop comprehensive product specifications, user scenarios, and essential metrics to gauge product success.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs pertinent to Identity and Lifecycle Management to maximize product efficacy and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• A minimum of 5 years in a Product Management role within a B2C startup or internet-based company.
• Recent involvement in product features related to the user account life-cycle is a must.
• Responsible for overseeing the User Journey and its associated KPIs - leveraging user research and usability studies to grasp user requirements.
• Knowledgeable in agile frameworks and proficient with product management software.
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data, market analysis, and industry benchmarks to address user issues and seize business opportunities.
• Proficient in conducting A/B tests and leveraging insights to implement the most effective and impactful user experiences.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
