Make an Impact by

• Develop product strategies and manage product life cycle for data centre services.
• Review and derive insights from monthly and annual revenue forecasting and planning of all SG DC portfolios.
• Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to build business cases and evaluate financial metrics for new DC developments and new Products/Services.
• Review product features, schemes, processes and policies to drive alignment with the Product strategies roadmap.
• Drive market share and revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Identify and develop differentiated products through understanding and analysing market dynamics, technological advancements and customer's business challenges.
• Monitor and benchmark against competitors' product offerings to improve product features, pricing and processes to ensure market competitiveness.
• Review and optimise product costs through technology improvement, process improvement, and cost control measures.
• Lead business and financial analysis to support new products and customization of existing product to meet specific customer needs.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, enhance systems and improve processes through automation tools to increase internal efficiencies and uplift customer experience.
• Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive engagement to achieve common business objectives.
• Prepare monthly business performance report to update revenue and product roadmap progress.

Skills for Succes

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management or data centre services.
• Professional certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, ITIL, and PMP are preferred.
• Strong negotiation and people management skills.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of data centre operations.
• Relevant data visualization skills, process and automation skills.
