Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. The successful candidate has gained several years of experience in a product marketing role in the ad tech industry, specifically ad products (e.g. Mediation/DSP/Ad Marketplace/Yield Management/SDK/Ad Experiences/Audiences, etc) and has exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting go-to-market for all products under the Smaato product portfolio, working closely with product leads to define the marketing roadmap, and partnering with the sales teams to position Smaato as a leading omnichannel ad marketplace in established advertising markets like North America.
What You Will Do
    • Own the go-to-market playbook for ad products built on the Smaato Ad Marketplace, relevant to the sell-side (for web/in-app and CTV publishers) and the buy-side (DSPs, Agencies and Advertisers)
    • Work with product, business and marketing leadership to help articulate the value proposition for marketplace products
    • Assist business teams in defining use cases and solutions for ad products and associated feature releases
    • Be the internal advocate for all ad products. Define the launch roadmap in partnership with the product leads
    • Analyze and interpret marketplace data from data sources within the company, to generate valuable insights on consumers, or buying and selling behavior across mobile, desktop and CTV
    • Use such insights to support the content marketing team in building compelling short form assets that communicate the power of Smaato ad products
    • Own and manage client feedback loops and help develop competitor battle cards to support product positioning
    • Help enable the sales team with materials such as product one sheets, pitch decks and other market facing collaterals. Organize monthly training sessions for sales to ensure market readiness
    • Own all internal product release communication

Job requirements



What You Will Bring
    • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in product marketing, content writing or sales enablement in Mobile or Connected TV advertising supply.
    • Experience with a SaaS platform, or marketplace managing buy and sell side preferred
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proven track record that includes content creation/writing and analyzing data to make data-driven decisions
    • Ability to work independently and comfortable working cross-functionally across time zones (EU and US)
    • Ability to influence key business or product stakeholders
    • Full business proficiency in English; other languages are a plus but not required

The OTE salary range for this position is USD 120-150K per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is open for all eligible candidates across the East Coast.
