The Company
We're partnering with a leading global consulting firm to support a top private bank in driving its digital transformation agenda. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences for clients and employees in wealth management. You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring the bank's strategic priorities are embedded in every product decision, from concept to delivery.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets and functions to define the product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver seamless digital solutions that empower both clients and front-office teams.
The Role

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital client and employee channels.
• Partner with business, technology, and product teams to conceptualize digital user journeys and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with quarterly business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and maintaining transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to build, test, and deploy new functionalities while managing dependencies and trade-offs.
• Utilize data and user insights to continuously improve product usability, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Support change management activities by creating training materials and engagement plans for clients and front-office teams.
• Champion best practices in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle governance.
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory and risk management frameworks.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services, fintech, technology, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management and private banking, including digital channels (trading, portfolio management, client communications).
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Hands-on with agile and design thinking, collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights and user feedback into product improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
• Understanding of process design, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, resilient, and passionate about enhancing client experiences.
