Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation.

\xc2\xb7 Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Cake Decoration.

\xc2\xb7 Ingredient preparation.

\xc2\xb7 Slicing of frozen ice-cream.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of ice-cream cake base.

\xc2\xb7 Fulfilment of display cakes, customer order cakes, festive and ad-hoc cake production.

\xc2\xb7 Assist the Supervisors and Senior Cake Decorator to achieve various production target.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidates are required to stand for long hours and must be able to slice frozen ice-cream blocks.

\xc2\xb7 Education Level: O-Level
