Job Description

I\'m working with a world leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology MNC. They\'re looking for a Senior Production Process Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturing/Operating Instructions.
• Create, manage, and debug the recipe/models for the process control system.
• Investigate, document, and resolve issues relating to quality and EHS that are seen during production or during batch record reviews.
• Create, put into effect, and track effective preventive measures for processing problems.
• Ensure that the site\'s safety and quality requirements are followed by taking a proactive role in this.
• Develop, manage, and debug the recipe/models for the process control system.
• Investigate, document, and resolve issues relating to quality and EHS that are seen during production or during batch record reviews.
• Play a pro-active role in ensuring the site safety and quality standards are adhered to
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the process control system recipe/Models.
• Participate actively in ensuring that the site\'s quality and safety requirements are followed.
• Report and investigate actions or behaviours that may negatively impact the desired outcome of the GMP process or activity.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or degree in science with major in Chemistry
• 5 years of pharmaceutical (API) experience in a relevant production setting
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills; ability to write documents succinctly.
