JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Professional Officer, Electronics L&D to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Strategy & Program Development
- Industry Engagement & Partnerships
- Program Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Policy & Compliance
- Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CET programs
- A good Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masters, PhD and/or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in electronics sector workforce development, corporate training, or industry engagement
- Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and/or trade & industry associations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment
