For more information, visit www.ifc.org.Treasury Quantitative Research and Analytics department, provides quantitative analytical support to the Liquid Assets and Cash Management (LAM), Funding, and Treasury Client Solutions (TCS) business teams involving multi-currency and various fixed income products. The team participates in the analysis, design, and development of models for performance and risk (P&L) reporting for LAM portfolios, dashboards and other managements reports for all units, production and publication of interest rate risk, and currency exposure reports for Assets and Liability Management (ALM) functions, develop valuation models for plain vanilla and exotic derivatives (Interest, FX and Equity linked), calculate exposures such as CVA/PFE, analyze securitized products, and develop various analytical tools including for pre-trade analysis as requested by the clients.CTXQM is seeking to recruit a qualified Senior Program Assistant who will support the team as well as participate in some of the technical tasks for the above work program.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Singapore Treasury and Mobilization VPU including CTC, CTX, CTM, TVA, and Legal. Provide back up support to CSLAS team as needed.
  • Coordinate with VP's, Country Director's and Country Manager's Assistants for relevant tasks (ad-hoc tasks, WB Annual & Spring Meetings, IFC/WBG VP/Senior Management visit) foreign IDs, fire tests, security installation).
  • Maintain the schedules of Director and Manager for Singapore; help ensure that the action list is consistently current and accurate.
  • Manage the Singapore teams' travel, calendar, and day to day requests. Troubleshoot when required.
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics, working closely with Amex and, as necessary, liaising with country offices and external parties.
  • Support all administrative requests, such as office supplies orders, staff directory changes, email distribution lists, visitor's passes, videoconferences, and Webex/Teams meetings.
  • Provide guidance and answer general queries from staff, managers, and consultants about IFC/WBG procedures and any request to facilitate links between colleagues in HQ, Treasury locations outside HQ, and other Bank counterparts.
  • Adept handling critical files and confidential material with discretion following the WBG Access to Information policy.
  • Align and work with other peers within the Treasury VPU as well as within IFC and WBG.
  • Organize CFI Singapore meetings, conferences, seminars, other external and internal events.
Procurement
  • Work closely with the Budget Officer on Admin portal, SAP, WBG eProcurement and others for the department.
  • Support project leads/teams during selection, procurement, and processing of payments for services of companies, short-term consultants in line with IFC/WBG procurement policies and procedures.
  • Manage the team's PCard for all of Singapore VPU purchases. Arrange vendor sourcing, PO creation, changes and cancelation and working closely with CBA Team in Singapore and DC.
  • Review invoices and payment processing of Front Office expenses.
  • LARS Coordinator.
Communications and Event Management:
  • Maintain mailing groups and update when required.
  • Assist, or when required lead, the organization of events (i.e., roundtables, BBLs, workshops, summits) and coordinate logistics with vendors and departments within and outside HQ.
  • Establish and maintain network of contacts both within & outside the department to ensure effective cooperation.
  • Update staff directory / communication docs for CFI-Singapore including CFI calendar, sharing policy changes, deadlines and other relevant information, CFI distribution list managements.
  • Monitor/order regular office supplies (stationary, kitchen supplies, general office equipment).
  • Overseeing Trading room cleanness, coordinate all day-to-day facilities/maintenance related issues.
  • Managing request for access to Treasury & Mobilization trading room.
  • Provide logistics support for CFI Senior Management visits (VP, Directors and Managers).
  • Coordinate/support CFI general visiting missions.
  • Staff relocation and seating arrangements.
  • Be the floor warden.
Technical:
  • Knowledge/document management by planning and assisting in updating and maintaining SharePoint and OneDrive repositories for tracking, e-filing, and archiving system, applying the appropriate record retention policies.
  • Coordinate with IT in Singapore and HQ for IT equipment deployment.
  • Coordinate with IT for all Bloomberg licenses and inventory.
Selection Criteria
  • Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the IFC and the World Bank Group, its organization and procedures, and willingness to learn more.
  • Successful previous experience as a (Senior) Program Assistant to a Manager is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; high proficiency in presentation, design, and revision.
  • Proven strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a small, cohesive team, and across boundaries.
  • Very high degree of flexibility and a demonstrated capacity to handle a variety of multiple concurrent activities, to judge priorities and to take initiative, while keeping a clear head in an action-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and solid office support and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands under pressure, while keeping attention to detail.
  • High degree of judgment, discretion, and diplomacy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal tactfully and effectively with contacts at all levels, both inside and outside the Corporation.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, well-organized, focused, and works with minimal supervision.

  • Strong computer skills including - Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Power point and knowledge of Treasury systems and other applications such as Summit. ALM, ODS, Reuters and Bloomberg.
