Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee

multi-country programs

, ensuring projects within the program are aligned with Cognotiv's and our clients' strategic goals. Act as the

client-facing lead

for regional programs, representing Cognotiv HQ.

Design and propose innovative, practical solutions

to address program complexity and client needs. Coordinate with Country GMs, delivery hubs, and sales teams to manage interdependencies across projects. Monitor risks, resources, and outcomes across the program portfolio. Drive

business impact and benefits realisation

, not just project completion. Provide program governance, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to HQ leadership and client stakeholders. Support Sales in pre-sales activities, including program design, estimation, and delivery planning. Travel within ASEAN (20-30%) to oversee delivery and engage directly with clients.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 8 years of experience

in

Program Management

(technology / digital transformation mandatory).

Bachelor's degree (or higher)

in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Mandatory certification:

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Agile Program Management certification. Proven track record of managing

multi-country or multi-project programs

, not just standalone projects. Strong ability to

design innovative solutions

and adapt approaches to complex program challenges. Exposure to at least one of the following domains is highly preferred:

Education / Government programs

Learning & Development (L&D) / HR Management systems

SaaS B2B / B2C platform delivery

Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Willing to travel within ASEAN when required.

What We Offer

Base salary: Starting from
