Objectives:
We are the global in-house management consultancy for BASF. Our focus is on strategic projects, which drive effective business growth and transformation. The areas covered here range from growth, organizational development and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment. We have a strong team spirit and actively promote career development within BASF.Responsibilities:Drive large projects and programs together with senior management team in the fields of:

• Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling, bringing strategies to life and enabling agile organizational set-ups
• Marketing & Sales: Supporting business with state-of-the-art pricing, marketing & sales concepts and strategies
• Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
• Post-Merger Integration / Carve Out: Managing mid to large scale acquisitions and divestments
• Change Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor (or higher) Degree in Business or other related disciplines
• 5+ years of professional experience in a global top tier management or strategy consultancy with clear demonstrated familiarity with consulting methodology and approach as well as experience in successfully managing end-to-end, large-scale transformational projects / programs; professional experience working in large multi-national corporations preferred
• Demonstrated experience in the B2B industrial goods space; knowledge &/ experience in chemicals and materials industries preferred
• Experience in managing projects and delivering tangible value in one or more of the following: Strategy, EBIT/ Profit improvement, Operating model and organizational development, Innovation, Sales Excellence and Post Merger Integration
• Convincing and competent in working with multiple key stakeholders including senior management
• Inter culturally oriented, with excellent communication skills and a inclusive and reliable team player
