About The Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Excellence Program Manager/ Senior Program Manager to lead and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean methodology, Lean Six Sigma principles, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath and Power Automate to deliver value stream improvements and enhance overall productivity. This role requires a blend of leadership, coaching, and hands-on problem-solving expertise in business and commercial process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Coaching: Conduct training sessions and mentor staff in Lean methodology, Six Sigma principles, and their application to process improvement projects.
• Process Improvement Leadership: Lead organization-wide value stream improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and waste elimination while aligning with strategic goals.
• RPA Implementation: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Power Automate to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Training will be provided if needed.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and deliver measurable results.
• Project Management: Ensure timely execution of projects by managing resources, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with organizational and stakeholder departmental objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by developing best practices, sharing knowledge, and monitoring process improvements for long-term sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Certification: Lean/ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience:

• At least 5 years' proven experience in business or commercial enterprise process improvement program management.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath and Power Automate in executing process improvement.
• Experience in using Power BI for data analytics and reporting is a plus.
