• Bounty is a unique Zero Party Data platform working with leading Publishers and Advertisers globally in every media (Film, TV, Music, News and Games). Recently funded and completed the SOSV / Mox Accelerator. Headquartered in Singapore, operating remotely globally. Founders based mostly in Singapore, Australia and USA.

Job Brief

• Looking for a Head of Development. You will be a full stack programmer and innovator ready to work with the founding team and grow our platform. We\xe2\x80\x99re creating a brand new payment solution to better monetise games, film, tv, news and education. We have global clients and partners to a hundred million + audiences. We need a strong tech mind with product development and leadership ability to help grow platform and team. Location not important, our team works remotely globally.

• You will need Product Design, Strategic thinking, Startup experience, AdTech or MarTech experience and Strong knowledge of consumer data analytics and machine learning to craft unique data analysis and data visualisation tools for our advertising partners.

Responsibilities: Assisting in setting vision for technology used in our platform offering. Ensuring resources meet short and long term needs. Defining and managing R&D goals. Managing Technology budgets and time frames

Requirements:
Experience in a leadership role or ready to move into one
Hands on experience with AWS, Node.js, RDS, Express, React, Next, MySQL.

• Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, Data analysis
• Problem solving aptitude and personality
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering
