Job Responsibilities:
To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
Direct design development towards architectural intent.
Fulfil client and authorities' requirements.
Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.
Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities
Requirements:
Possess a recognised Degree in Architectural studies
At least a minimum 5 years of Architectural experiences
Good knowledge in design / client engagement and project management
Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects
Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations
Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
