Senior Project Architect
Job Description
Senior Architect Job Responsibilities: Reviewing and designing architectural plans. Ensuring all plans are compliant with authorities regulations. Monitor builders progress and helping them interpret design specifications. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Ensuring the team work among team consultants to achieve set goals and targets. Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.Senior Architect Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture or similar; recognised by Board of Architect (BOA) A good portfolio and at least 8 years of working experience in an Architectural firm Preferred with at least 3 years of working experience in HDB projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. In-depth understanding of Revit AutoCAD software / BIM. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
