Senior / Project Controls Engineer - Singapore - Rolling ContractLocation: Tuas, SingaporeNo. of Positions: 2 Senior and 1 Junior position availableJob Scope: Assist the Engineering Manager and Project Managers to Budget, implement, track, monitor for project cost and schedule to help deliver benefits and commitment of the site capital plan.Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement site CAPEX Process, such as planning, monitoring, Approval and reporting process
• Work with Site Project Manaher to deliver procurement / project saving or cost avoidance
• Provide cost estimation during the feasibility / design phase of key site projects, such as New Project Introduction related project
• Support Project Managers in providing financial commentary in the Project investment Proposal including any Asset write off cost (Net Book Value) and Project completion milestones
• Monitor and track project progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedule & cash flow
• Administer site Measured Term Contracts
• Manage and update cost database

• Bachelor\'s degree in any engineering discipline
• Preferably 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Min. 5 years for Senior position)
• Good understanding of cost estimation principle
• Understanding of plant and facilities constructability sequence
• Good understanding of GMP, GEP and EHS requirements
• Sound commercial knowledge (Including contractual law)
• Basic Project Management skills
• Familiarisation with Capital Project Financial Guidelines
