Requirements

20+ years of senior leadership experience in Singapore's engineering/construction sector, with a reputable track record in large-scale projects (e.g., public infrastructure, mega-developments). Elite stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, government officials, and industry leaders. Strong local credentials: Graduation from top-tier institutions preferred; deep understanding of Singapore's construction ecosystem. High visibility in the industry: Recognized as a thought leader (e.g., past/present roles in industry associations, public speaking engagements, or advisory panels).
