Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead on-site engineering project execution in our GMP-regulated facility. This role is vital in managing the full lifecycle of medium-sized capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational excellence with KNEATS experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage capital engineering projects from feasibility through to commissioning and handover. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, risk assessments, and resource planning. Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, cost, and schedule targets. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Support internal teams with new process introductions, validation activities, and change control documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant Engineering discipline. 5-8 years' experience in GMP/pharmaceutical/biotech facilities or regulated manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with equipment installation, utilities, and plant maintenance. Familiar with Kneat Gx or similar paperless validation/document management platforms. * Strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.
