Working Day:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm & Alt Half Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm

What you'll be doing?

Team Leadership:

Guide and inspire a team of engineers in executing design and project management tasks.

Design Oversight:

Spearhead the development and review of project specifications and design documentation, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Compliance Management:

Ensure all design and project decisions adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, maintaining the integrity of each project.

Budget Control:

Expertly manage budgets and monitor costs to deliver projects on time and within financial parameters.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Foster effective relationships with production plants and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution.

Conflict Resolution:

Apply strategic conflict management techniques to address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

Risk Management:

Conduct thorough risk analyses and propose innovative mitigation measures to safeguard project success.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background:

Holders of a degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications. We value diverse educational experiences that contribute to engineering excellence.

Industry Experience:

Individuals with at least 5 years of local experience in supervising structural and civil works with main contractors or structural consultant firms. Your journey in the field is valuable to us.

Leadership Qualities:

Customer Focus:
