Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination


Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of energy-saving and infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, work programs, and deliverables. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and seamless execution.
Site Supervision & Quality Control


Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Oversee site works and resolve any on-site technical issues or project delays. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including BCA and commercial building codes and regulations.
Stakeholder & Client Management


Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment with project objectives. Provide timely updates to internal teams and management regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Resource & Cost Management


Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure effective use of resources. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, progress claims, quotations, and related documentation.
Contract & Documentation


Review project contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and obligations. Support the resolution of contractual issues or disputes. Prepare and submit necessary reports, risk assessments, and method statements for management review.

Requirements

+ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. + Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in data centres, commercial facilities, or energy-saving projects. + Experience in project management. + Proven ability in project planning, execution, and site supervision. + Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools. * + Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
