Job Description

Roles and Responbilities:

Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison Prepare tender and contract documents Prepare and analyse costings for tender Responsible for supervising and checking of the subcontractors' works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations Responsible for assisting Engineer in the installation and hook-up of new equipment. To manage ACMV Projects involving Planning, Project Execution, Material and Progress Monitoring, Manpower planning, etc. To liaise with the clients, consultants, project management teams of multiple main-contractors, sub-contractors and equipment suppliers

Requirements:

Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Min 5-8 years of years of M&E working experience with main contractors. Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices is required Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
