Manages all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out
Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality
Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings
Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures
Drive safety and sustainability
The Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years / above of relevant project site experience (LTA project)
Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
* Be prepared to work on-site on a rotating shift schedule
